The breakfast was complimentary, it offered milk, bread, and eggs. The rooms were extremely spacious with stove to cook and supplies for a DIY breakfast, for instance, and I had a REALLY ENJOYABLE stay overall.

We had a romantic escape and loved the cute and cozy cottage we stayed in. The bathroom with the rain ☔️ shower was a luxurious touch, and the bed was super comfortable after a long day of driving. We also enjoyed the supplied breakfast, which had a great variety including eggs, bacon, cereal, and yogurt. The location was convenient for sightseeing in the area, with easy access to nearby attractions. Another advantage was the covered car parking available, which was a nice added bonus.

While our overall stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor maintenance issues that could have been addressed. Additionally, the room could have used better insulation as it felt a bit chilly, despite the availability of reverse cycle air conditioning.

Additionally, the owner went above and beyond, reaching out to me personally to ensure a smooth check-in process. I cannot recommend Mews Cottages enough.

While my stay was excellent, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The remote for the TV didn't work, but it didn't hinder our enjoyment as we could still operate the TV manually.
